From 2001 to 2004, I was a Ph.D student in computer science, as a member of the OPAC ( Cooperative and Parallel Optimization) team of the LIFL (Computer Sciences Laboratory of Lille) of the USTL (University of Sciences and Technologies of Lille).

In 2005, I was in ETH Zurich during several months as a visiting researcher, in order to work on multi-objective optimization under uncertainties. I was working within the TIK laboratory (Computer Engineering and Networks Laboratory), in the SOP research group, headed by Eckart Zitzler.

From September 2006 to August 2007, I was research associate in the School of Computer Science and IT at the University of Nottingham. During this period, I was mainly involved in the project entitled "Next Generation Decision Support: Automating the Heuristic Design Process".

Since September 2007, I am assistant professor at the Department of Computer Science of the University of Angers, France, working in the Metaheuristics, Optimization and Applications research group, with the LERIA (Computer Science Laboratory of Angers).
