Education

After graduating from PhD at the LIRSIA laboratory, University of Dijon (France), I worked during 16 months as a senior developper in a start-up based in Voiron (Isère, France). I have been hired as an Associate Professor at the University of Angers (France) since September 2000. I am a member of the LERIA (Computer Science Laboratory of the Faculty of Science) and belong to the Metaheuristics, Optimization and Applications team directed by Pr Jin-Kao Hao.

Research :
I am mainly interested by the following subjects :
  • Logic and Automated Theorem Proving
  • Combinatorial Optimization Problems and the methods related to the resolution of those problems
  • Bioinformatics : academic probleme (multiple sequence alignement, phylogeny reconstruction), prediction of disulfide bridge, subcellular localisation (BIL Project)
